All The Kings Men
The Academy Award winning film for best picture was All The King's Men.

A dramatic film about the rise of politician Willie Stark from a rural county seat to the national spotlight. During his meteoric rise, he loses his innocence and becomes just as corrupt as those he assailed during his campaigns. The story also follows his romances, those of his "right hand woman," and the entanglements of a journalist who helps bring Stark to prominence.
